I have such a hard time finding hats for me. Whatever I get always fits tight around my forehead. I found one that finally fits and I loved the look. The brim covers a lot. I feel like it might blow away in windy weather, that’s how not tight it felt. Might tighten it on the inside just a bit. We’ll see. But if you have a hard time with hats being too tight on your head, try this one! You may be surprised.I wore this for a day around Disney to test it out, and overall it held up pretty well! I got the size large because I know I have a big head :) It was 90 degrees that day but my neck and my forehead never overheated, which I appreciated. I did take it off every once and a while when the very top of my head started to feel warm. I’m black so obviously I have a bit of a built in sunscreen, I don’t know if I would recommend it for someone with fair fair skin. I would probably invest in a super heavy duty sun hat and live in sunscreen. But for me, it was perfect. Also easily folded down to fit in my backpack. I washed it and didn’t shrink at all either.Good construction and perfect weight. Not heavy but not flimsy. Perfect!It’s got less shape than the photo suggests. You’d probably have to press it to get a nice sharp profile, and without that it almost looks like it needs a couple of fishing flies on it but it’s good for gardening and the brim is big. Fits my big head.I like it, comfortable and very good protection from sun.It’s a nice packable hatI had previously bought a different sun-protective hat, but I bought this one to match what I was wearing to my daughter-in-law's baby shower which was to be held outdoors. It not only shielded my face, neck, and ears from the sun, but it also offered great protection for my eyes. I find myself grabbing it when I walk to the mailbox or anytime I am going to be outdoors for very long. I highly recommend the hat. The other hat does not come down as far on the sides and does not protect my eyes as much. I have macular drusen, so eye protection is very important to me. I am also very fair-skinned. This hat is great!Bought this for summer travel. I love that it's cloth so I can just fold it and stick it in my purse, but it also has wire in the brim so it has enough structure not to fall in my face, and I can reshape it easily if it gets crumpled. I find the design appealing, color and fit were as promised. Good hat.I ordered the M size for 54cm head circumference.I just opened it and tried it on.It's looks lovely,Very conformable,And definitely adjustable size and has the string to keep it on your head in case it's windy.The material is very nice as well.The rim of the hat is adjustable as well.I lifted up the front and left down on my neck the back of the rim.The sun protection, I do not know yet but seams it will be fine.Looks pretty in the picture but it's so unflattering I think I will just wear it whilst gardening. I like it folds but then I have to steam it everytime to actually wear it.The brim is very floppy and the other part of the hat has a strange shape to it. I've tried everything to make it look pretty.My husband commented that it looked like I was going to a Bush tucker trial and I should hanging corks off. To sum it up This is an ugly hat and the one in the picture is definitely a different hat.A truly fantastic summer hat. It folds really easily and doesn't look too creased. The brim is wired plus there is another ring of wire just in from the brim which means you can shape the hat to suit. The chin ties are a really good addition as are the ties inside to adjust the size. The hat band is lovely and soft and doesn't irritate when the weather is hot. The icing on the cake for me is that this lovely hat is washable too!I have three of these hats! They keep the sun out of my eyes and off my face and neck - adjustable chin-string keeps hat on head even in windy weather. Looks okay, too. Has wire in brim, so you can fold it whichever way you want, and it packs flat. One of the best buys I've had from Amazon!I bought this hat for my daughter who was 6 at the time. This hat is incredible! I love how it covers her entire neck at the back and her her entire face - most children’s hats always have some face/neck uncovered. She always wears it with the chin strap so it doesn’t blow off in the wind. We always get loads of comments when she wears it about how cute she looks. I love that you can make it smaller internally, so I’m hoping it’ll last a while. We’ve even washed it and it survived the wash and still looks great!
