I love the look of this hat hanger, but the functionality isn’t my favorite. Physics says the side with the heaviest/most hats will be heavier, but wish the crossbar didn’t angle with the heaviest side. You have to have an even distribution of weight on each rope or else it’s hanging crooked! But, when weighted right, it’s pretty and functional enough for the price!Perfect for what I wanted. Needed a cute way to display large brim hats where my puppy couldn't get them and this was perfect! Such a boho chic look and all types of hats fit. I have baseball caps, fedoras and beach hats!The clothes pins worked great for me . I read reviews complaining about them breaking . Mine didn’t. If so, replace with more from your local store . Hobby Lobby or Michaels . They shouldn’t be that hard to replace. Love mine .
