Love the pen holder on the sleeve. Cuffs don't seem like they will become stretched out. Great length for keeping a tucked in appearance. Only thing I hate is that the XL is really an XXL or XXL1/2. Wore it to work and by the end of the day, it looked like it had melted and became saggy all over. Tried washing it in hot water and drying it for an extended time but was left with no change.Fits great and have bought 3 more since. you wont be disappointed.
