I loved that the hat was shipped in a box so it was in perfect shape when opened. It fit my grandson perfectly!I bought this hat as a Valentines day surprise for my 4 year old granddaughter but sadly it was much too small. The 2-6 year age range is WAY off. The hat actually fits fairly well on my my 3 month old granddaughter - though a little large. The hat is cute and of good quality but don't order before measuring your child's head. Product info does say to be sure to measure but my granddaughter lives out of state so I didn't have that opportunity. I assumed that if it typically fits a 6 year old there would be no problem for a 4 year old. Wrong assumption.What a cute hat, my Grandson is pretty tall/big for his age, in the 90%. His Dad is 6’4”. He turned 5 July this year (2019). It fits but could have been a little larger. Probably great for an average size 5 or 6 year old. Very good quality hat. He loved it and ended up wearing it at the reception for a wedding he was a ring bearer at.Absolutely love this hat !!! It's for my 5 year old grandson . He is tall and slim and wears fedoras often to our Christian services ( of course taking the hats off once inside for service) . This is the first time one of the fedoras I have purchase ran small . He can still wear it however it does not fit a well as I would have liked . The only reason for 4 stars was it ran small.My 7 year old grandson wanted of all things, a fedora for his birthday this year! While shopping on Amazon, I saw this one, but the description says that it's for toddlers. I then read reviews that mentioned it was purchased for older kids and the size was perfect. So I took a chance. It fit him perfectly and he LOVED it. As soon as he opened his gift he said, "I want to wear it right now"!! So don't go by the size description. A toddler would have to have a pretty big head to wear this!I got the black pinstripe for my 6 year old son. He loves it! Looks so good on him! Many people said the hat was too small, i measured his head before ordering, his head is 19 1/2 in, the hat fits great! Not tight, he should be able to wear it for a long while.It was shipped in a box that was just slightly smaller than the hat. The top was inverted a little to fit it in. It didnt damage the look of the hat, no permanent wrinkles as other reviews have stated. Over all, very pleased with this hat!My 5-year-old daughter needed a Fedora for her choir performance. This was ADORABLE! Fit was fine but she has a normal size head. My oldest daughter has always had a large noggin and I don't think it would have fit her at 5. Price was okay. I found one at Children's Place two days before the performance for $3 that would have worked equally as well, not nearly as good of quality. But...for a 1x gig it would have worked fine. I just didn't want to look all over the stores hoping to find a fedora for a 5-year-old. So, for saving me time, this was totally worth it!We bought these for the kids and they really like them. I was disappointed with the shipping on one of the hats. It was sent in a bag rather than a box and so the sides were a little bit crushed. The hat popped back into place easily but you can see the aftermath a bit on the side. Overall, we're happy with the quality of the hats. Our boys will enjoy wearing them!Nicely made. Not cheap looking at all.
