My husband normally wears a Prince Charlie with his kilt, but he's gained some weight and was self-conscious about his middle, so we wanted to try an Argyle for the longer coverage. This jacket is nicely made and shipped promptly. The only problem we had was that he wears a 48 in jackets here in the US, but this 48 was much larger. We probably would have been better off ordering the 46. I don't know if this is a difference between UK/US sizing or just a quirk of this jacket. It was too close to the event we needed it for to return it, so I did some alterations and it was fine. However, if you are in the US, you might consider ordering a size down.Bit too big in the shoulders, but good quality for the priceI usually wear a short, so I had to have the sleeves shortened but I am impressed by the quality.A good jacket for the price.
